We finally made it to the lake in August. We couldn't have asked for more perfect weather. Usually when you hit Bear Lake the wind is always blowing by the water. It can be a warm day, but with the wind it can get chilly. Luckily for us, the wind was absent. I had given Brad a paddle board certificate for Father's Day and so we rented a paddle board and Aki brought their's. It was fun trying it out. Brad actually did really good and went pretty far out in the lake. I didn't do quite as well, but it was fun to try it out. The boys loved burying their cousins in the sand and just getting dirty. It's one of my favorite things to go up to Bear Lake with the Rich family. It's always a good time and so relaxing. It doesn't hurt that the kids are entertained by their cousins the whole time too!
