Last Week
We had such a great time last week. Michelle, Eddie & Carson flew in on Wednesday. They came home because Eddie had a short break at dental school and they were going to bless Carson at my parents ward. The time we had with them was too short but so much fun!! I couldn't believe how much Carson had changed since I saw him in July. He is such a cute, sweet baby! Here are a few highlights of our week.
Wednesday night Coop got the flu!! He was fine all day and then he threw up three times that night and once in the morning. It helped to have mom and Michelle there because I might have been joining him if it weren't for them. I'm still not that great with smells.
Michelle made a bunch of cute hair flowers. She gave me some. Hopefully this baby on the way is a little girl but we decided to try it out on Coop for right now. Isn't he adorable?? haha
Saturday we headed to the Farmer's Market they hold in Logan. My dad and brother Stephen grew a bunch of corn and sold it there. They did great! It was so fun to go and see what everyone was selling. I had my heart set on a cinnamon roll. I found a lady selling some and when she said the price I about died. $2.50!! There was no going back now I had picked it up. Oh well. Now I know what goes on at these markets...
Sunday was the blessing. Eddie did such a great job. We had a dinner afterwards up at the park in Lewiston. We had so much family come and support them. It was great. Coop decided running around without a shirt on was much more fun then eating. He is growing skinnier by the day!!
No Shirt
Family
Cute Aunt Sonya
A funny side note...After this family pic my brother Stephen noticed that his shirt was wet...where he had been holding Coop. Let's just say that I guess Coop wasn't feeling all the way better yet...Poor Stephen!! haha
One of the funniest discoveries I made this past week was that Coop enjoys being the center of attention and is not used to sharing grandma. Whenever anyone would lean over Carson he would lay right down next to him and give them his biggest grin. It was so funny. He sure loved his cousin Carson!
Monday night we headed up to High Creek canyon to have a quick cookout. Michelle had been looking forward to it because there are no mountains in Ohio. It was perfect weather and the food was great.
Coop's new "smile"
Eddie & Coop
Marshmallow Sharp Shooters
Up to 2 grandkids with one on the way!!
Yes, the pregnancy lbs are starting to show. So sad!!
Thanks for coming out you guys!! We'll miss you until December.

It's Official
We're having a baby! Okay, for those of you that don't know we are expecting baby number two somewhere around March 9. Today was my first MD appointment and I heard the heartbeat. I just love that! Anyway, I'm thirteen weeks along and things look great. I also find out if it's a girl or a boy on October 8th so I'll keep you posted. I'm a little nervous, but we are so excited for this new addition!!

Happy 30 Birthday Brad!!
Okay, so this post is exactly a week late, but we've been busy!! Last Tuesday was Brad's birthday. The big 3-0. Wow! Anyway, the celebration day was Wednesday. I decided to throw Brad a birthday party BBQ. We had such a great time. The day was pretty stressful for a few reasons. One, Coop woke up from his nap with a fever and screaming. I was headed up to Logan that night and knew our insurance doesn't work up there so I decided to make a quick trip to the MD. Well, turns out he has a virus but he was fine....yup, paranoid mom. Anyway, the second reason is the fact that it decided to be windy that day...the table covers kept blowing off, the charcoal wouldn't light. Anyway, it all turned out fine despite the stress. We just started about a half hour after we were supposed to...oh well!
Happy Birthday Honey!!
The birthday boy arrived after being a half hour late golfing with friends....he didn't get in too much trouble. :)
We had about fifty friends, family and neighbors there. Thanks for coming and especially helping!!
The Martineau's, Wilson's and Simmon's
Me, Lindsey and Tiffany

My cute mom, brother and of course Coop!

My mom and dad helped me so much. The dutch oven potatoes and corn on the cob were a hit. Thanks for all your help.
Brad's cake. I decided to let someone else do the dirty work for me this year!
Great Family, Great Friends and Great Food...Equals Great Birthday!! Sorry you won't be getting another party until you're fifty!! haha
